CEU Calendar CEU Calendar

Public Speaker The Maryland Society for Clinical Social Work is approved by the Board of Social Work Examiners of the State of Maryland to issue Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to social workers. We have been approved to offer CEUs for Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

Our multidisciplinary faculty presents a wide selection of seminars designed to help you improve your clinical practice. Our quality programming, held in Fall and Spring semesters, is designed to allow you to earn CEUs in a small group environment where you can integrate your own experiences. We hope to meet you at a seminar and we look forward to talking with you about the learning opportunities that MSCSW provides.

To view the current calendar, download the CEU Catalog below. If you want to register on-line for a seminar, download the CEU Registration Form. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your on-line registration will be acknowledged via e-mail.

Early registration at least 30 days prior to the date is advised for all seminars as space is limited and fills quickly. Most seminars are three hours in duration; some seminars may be all-day and may have a discounted rate that is noted on the Registration Form. Sorry, but walk-ins are not allowed. Registration in the week immediately preceding a seminar will incur a late fee of $10 added to the registration amount for each seminar.

The 2010 - 2011 catalog will be available in late summer and, in addition to being mailed, will be posted on this page of the website. If you have attended a previous seminar, your name is on our mail list. The catalog will also be emailed - be sure we have your correct addresses; especially if any have recently changed.

CO-SPONSORED EVENTS

The Maryland Society for Clinical Social Work is approved by the Board of Social Work Examiners of the State of Maryland to issue continuing education units. The MSCSW can co-sponsor your seminar, workshop, or conference and award continuing education units to your attendees. Download the Co-Sponsorship Contract, print it, and complete all information. Submit to the MSCSW office at least 6 weeks prior to your event. Consideration of your request will be undertaken by the Board of Directors, and you will be notified of their decision. If you have any questions about the contract, contact the Society office.

Registration for co-sponsored events is handled by the individual co-sponsoring organizations. Do not send registrations to MSCSW. Further information can be obtained from the co-sponsors.

CURRENT CO-SPONSORED EVENTS

Presented by the International Psychotherapy Institute

The IPI offers a wide variety of conference topics of interest to social workers and other mental health professionals in a number of locations in the Washington, DC metro area, around the country, and around the world.
